Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Sundaari, we strive to offer you a luxurious shopping experience. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in pristine condition and in the shortest time possible, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Delivery within 4-5 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery within 8-10 business days.

Please note that the delivery times mentioned above are indicative only. In rare cases, deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters, weather conditions, and strikes.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: Free shipping for orders above INR 30,000.
  • International Orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Custom duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items, which are levied at the time of port entry. These charges vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent's website by entering your assigned order tracking number.

Modes of Payment

For shipping within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI, and wallets.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.
