Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except under the following conditions:
- Wrongful Delivery: If you receive a product that was not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
- Quality/Manufacturing Defect: If you believe there is a genuine quality or manufacturing defect in the product, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Notes:
- Customers are strongly advised to carefully verify all order details, including colors, sizes, and quantities, before finalizing their purchase.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to changes of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the product’s handcrafted qualities.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Shipping Address: No refunds will be provided if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, resulting in a failed delivery.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: No refunds will be issued if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- Damaged in Transit: Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the package is in good condition and has not been tampered with. If you believe the package was damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging (including price tags, invoices, and labels) and notify our Customer Care immediately for verification.

- Delivery address
- Images of the wrongfully delivered or defective item
